This is where the magic really happens! Hand over the reins and we will curate an entire itinerary customized to your unique needs. We will book hotels, but also propose and book transfers, amazing activities, and excursions. We’re talking un-Googleable experiences. The kind of stuff you can only pull off with awesome local partners. All you have to do is show up at the airport and enjoy! 

Up to 1 week of travel/single family $800 

Up to 2 weeks of travel/single family $1,100

Destination / Hotel $150 

You know generally where you want to go, but need help narrowing down your path and choosing, then booking hotels/cruise. We will work together to find the right destinations for you. You will receive  2-3 options in each destination, then select your choice. 

Hotel only $100 (complimentary for returning clients) 

You already know where you want to stay, I can book it for you and pass along VIP amenities, like $100 hotel credits, free breakfast and possible upgrades. For a list of partner hotels, click here.

Flights $50 each 

We are able to book First, Business, and Premium Economy (where it is a separate cabin) class tickets for flights originating from, or traveling to the US. Unfortunately, we are unable to book Economy fare tickets. 

Private Charters 

We also support private charters. Inquire for costs.

The fees above may be subject to increase for the following situations:

-Last minute travel (typically less than 60 days in advance)

-Multi-group trips

-Extended duration (2+ weeks)

Lifestyle Package $100,000 annual retainer

A broader "lifestyle package" that includes more complex services such as Lifestyle Management to include custom itineraries tailored to school calendars + multigenerational needs, kid-friendly concierge: babysitting vetted resources, museum camps, ski schools, private guides with family programming, event coordination: graduations, destination birthdays, reunions, ongoing passport/visa tracking + renewal support.

Unlimited Travel Planning $50,000 annual retainer 

Unlimited luxury travel and fine dining reservations, access to VIP events, and 24/7 concierge services for travel needs. Ideal for corporate travelers or high frequency travelers.
