This option is perfect for the client that already has a destination in mind, would prefer planning on their own, and is only looking for resort recommendations or an elevated experience upon arrival by booking through us. Pay the same as booking direct, but get VIP treatment through all of our invite-only partnerships.

Hotel bookings are complimentary! Yes, we offer a fee-free hotel-only booking service to our clients who want to take advantage of our exclusive Virtuoso perks and amenities. Aren’t sure where you want to go and wish to explore options to multiple destinations? Not a problem, this is the fun part. We’ll have an in depth conversation where we’ll learn more about your travel goals, style, and specific needs. Following our conversation, we’ll recommend three separate destinations with resort recommendations for each. Rates start at $150.

Similar to the above, after our in-depth consultation, we will recommend a list of resorts and/or locations that fit within budget, style, and preferred dates. Once a location is selected, we will handle securing your group’s rooms and/or blocks, group transfers, a s well as any additional activities or tours your group may want to partake in. We will act as liaison for all things travel for your group to make things run as smooth as possible. Room blocks are complimentary. Additional services & rates vary based on specific needs. We are grateful for the opportunity to support your travel experiences with care and expertise. As is standard in the travel industry, our advisors are compensated through commissions that are already included in hotel rates and services. When booking hotel-only stays, our commission is included in the best available rate you see online meaning there is no additional cost to book directly through us. In fact, in many cases, we are able to enhance your stay with added amenities, upgrades or exclusive benefits.

When we design complete travel itineraries, we work with trusted partners who offer wholesale rates for accommodations and services. In these cases, our commission is built into the overall trip cost. While pricing may not be itemized, our clients enjoy far more than a simple transaction - they benefit from our professional guidance, seamless coordination of all travel components, and dedicated support before and during the trip.

Unlike many in the industry, RB Travel Collective does not charge fees for consultations, hotel bookings, or trip planning services. We are honored to work with a thoughtfully curated portfolio of clients, many of whom return to us for multiple journeys. This ongoing trust allows us to build lasting relationships and ensures we are fairly compensated for our time and expertise, without passing additional costs on to our valued travelers.

Yes. Most of the trips we plan (not including hotel-only bookings) require a final, nonrefundable payment several months prior to departure. Trip insurance provides peace of mind for unexpected illness, injury, travel delay and a myriad of other unforeseeable events. Together with our in-country partners, we hold firm to the clearly stated terms and conditions provided with each confirmed trip itinerary.

· Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

· Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your email address used by the Company to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-out by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of any electronic communication you receive from us. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a booking enquiry, travel related transaction, or other business need to communicate relating to a transaction, product or service.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. These third parties, however, may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

Your Nevada Privacy Rights

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to Dusty.Rodgers@fora.travel. Please note, however, we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

Data Security

We have implemented physical, electronic, and managerial procedures designed to secure your information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

· SSL Certificate: We employ secure web servers hosted in a certified data center. The "s" in the "https" address of our web pages, as well as security notices displayed by certain browsers, indicate that SSL is in use. A SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate is used for the secure encrypted exchange of data between your web browser and this Website using SSL encryption. This encryption helps safeguard personal information such as passwords, credit card numbers, and personal credentials.

· Firewall Protection: Once we have your information, we store it behind a firewall barrier designed to obstruct unauthorized access to or from our network.

Children Under the Age of 13

We take the privacy of children seriously. We do not target our materials to children under 13 years of age and our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

RB Travel Collective may receive information about children under 13 years of age from a client. In those instances, the information will only be used to provide the services requested.

European Economic Area

Our Company’s services, including our Website, are not targeted towards any customer located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), and as such, is not subject to EU data protection law. By using our Website, any customer located in the EEA consents to have their personal information transferred, processed, and stored in the United States, and understands and consents to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.
